The price per m² in Bulacan has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 28,515. The following month (November) the price increased to ₱ 30,713 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 112 % in the price per m² rising from ₱ 29,614 to ₱ 33,114.5 per m².
