The average price in the Bulacan region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Bulacan has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 28,515. The following month (November) the price increased to ₱ 30,713 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 112 % in the price per m² rising from ₱ 29,614 to ₱ 33,114.5 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 122 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 31,364.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 38,212.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Bulacan(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 2,513,714. In November the price was the same at ₱ 2,469,639. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₱ 2,491,676.5 to ₱ 2,610,140.5. During the last two months the price has risen 112 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 2,550,908.5 a ₱ 2,860,981 in February and March.

They are 49 % more affordable than the average price in Bulacan followed by those with 3 with an average price of ₱ 3,501,882. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms.
