The average price in the Bacolod City region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Bacolod City has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 69,313. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 70,193 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable deflation of 64 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant decrease of 69 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 57,338 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 39,805 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Bacolod City(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 4,529,249. In November the price was the same at ₱ 4,440,088. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₱ 4,484,668.5 to ₱ 4,694,823. During the last two months the price has reduced 86 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 4,589,746 a ₱ 3,956,311 in February and March.

They are 34 % more affordable than the average price in Bacolod City followed by those with 3 with an average price of ₱ 5,755,376. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 181 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 1 bedroom priced at ₱ 5,763,533.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the dearest ones with a price of ₱ 42,284 / m² being ₱ 40,312 / m² the average value within the Bacolod City region. "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 164,836 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Townhouse" at a price of ₱ 56,851 / m².
