The price per m² in Talisay has fallen in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 64,976. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 64,923 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 64,949.5 to ₱ 61,987.5 per m². The price per m² has decreased 88 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 63,468.5 to ₱ 55,916.5 during February, and March.

In November This price remains at ₱ 12,769,438. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 12,563,224 to ₱ 11,954,216. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 12,258,720 to ₱ 8,224,330.5, which means a 67 % fall.
