The prices in real estate in Pasay, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Pasay has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 187,355. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 171,918. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable increment of 126 %. The price per m² has increased 107 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 202,692.5 to ₱ 217,373.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Pasay (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price for October is ₱ 6,599,300. During November the price had a slight fall till ₱ 6,066,553. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 124 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 7,084,397 and ₱ 7,280,900 between February and March.
