The prices in real estate in Naga, in the Cebu region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Naga has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 85,976. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 88,190 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 87,083 to ₱ 87,330 per m². The price per m² has decreased 92 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 87,206.5 to ₱ 80,228.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Naga (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is ₱ 7,562,702. In November This price remains at ₱ 7,891,265. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 7,726,983.5 to ₱ 8,002,980.5. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 93 %, going from ₱ 7,864,982 to ₱ 7,296,198 in February and March.
