The prices in real estate in Lian, in the Batangas region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Lian has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 17,560. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 15,974. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable increment of 233 %. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 27,889.75 to ₱ 26,900 during February y March
Based upon to the price in Lian (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is ₱ 9,152,089. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 19,292,714. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 986 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 88 %, going from ₱ 77,229,264 to ₱ 67,619,448 in February and March.
