The prices in real estate in Bacolor, in the Pampanga region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Bacolor has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 29,930. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 28,004. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable increment of 156 %. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 37,007 to ₱ 35,824.5 during February y March
Based upon to the price in Bacolor (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price for October is ₱ 11,314,568. During November the price had a slight fall till ₱ 10,746,108. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 132 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 12,800,492 to ₱ 9,283,782, which means a 73 % fall.
