The rent prices in real estate in Taytay, in the Rizal region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Taytay has barely changed in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 347.1. In the following month the price per m² fell to ₱ 328.06. In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 337.58 to ₱ 340.35 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable rise of 118 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 338.96 to ₱ 399.38 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Taytay (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is ₱ 140,689. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 208,092. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable rise of 152 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₱ 219,398.5 to ₱ 161,200, which means a 73 % fall.
