In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 1,000.05 to ₱ 1,043.38 per m². The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 1,021.71 to ₱ 1,032.07 during February y March
When referring to the price in Taguig (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average price for October is ₱ 86,778. During November the price had a slight fall till ₱ 78,950. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average rise from ₱ 82,864 to ₱ 88,981.5. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 91 %, going from ₱ 85,922.75 to ₱ 78,350 in February and March.
