The rent prices in real estate in Carmona, in the Cavite region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Carmona has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 258.45. In the following month the price per m² rose considerably to ₱ 306.38. In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 282.42 to ₱ 295.35 per m². The price per m² has risen 115 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 288.88 to ₱ 331.94 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Carmona (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average price for October is ₱ 430,119. During November the price had a slight fall till ₱ 385,905. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 408,012 to ₱ 425,346.5. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 416,679.25 and ₱ 435,255 between February and March.
