The rent prices in real estate in Cainta, in the Rizal region have slightly risen in the last couple of months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Cainta has risen during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 247.11. In November this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 243.57 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has risen 114 %, going from ₱ 245.34 to ₱ 279.68 per m². The price per m² has risen 113 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 262.51 to ₱ 296.06 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Cainta (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is ₱ 6,919. In November This price remains at ₱ 6,750. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable rise of 151 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 110 % during the last two months.

The properties with the most expensive average prices have 2 bedrooms. They are 23 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 1 bedroom with a price at ₱ 291.94 / m².
