The average price in the Zambales region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Zambales has increased in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 47,291. The following month (November) the price increased to ₱ 52,823 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable deflation of 72 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 144 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 43,036.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 61,866 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Zambales(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₱ 12,852,013. During November the price had a slight deflation till ₱ 11,287,963. The average price for the following two months (December, January) decreased 92 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 78 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 11,600,291 a ₱ 9,021,120.

They are 28 % more affordable than the average price in Zambales followed by those with 1 with an average price of ₱ 5,520,818. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 60 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 2 bedrooms priced at ₱ 7,335,429.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 3 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of ₱ 40,116 / m² being ₱ 68,403 / m² the average value within the Zambales region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 2 bedrooms. These are 142 % more costly than the average followed by those with 1 bedroom with a price of ₱ 142,179 / m².

Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Lot with a an average cost of ₱ 8,655 / m², followed by "Condominium" with a price of ₱ 29,820 / m². "House" with an average price of ₱ 59,632 / m² is the cheapest type of property followed by "Commercial Lot" at a price of ₱ 31,632 / m².
