The average price in the Pasay City region has had a slight decrease in recent months. There has been a deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Pasay City has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 190,025. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 181,039 per m². The price per m² for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₱ 185,532 to ₱ 191,763 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant decrease of 73 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 188,647.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 137,551 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Pasay City(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 6,730,097. In November the price was the same at ₱ 6,945,950. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from ₱ 6,838,023.5 to ₱ 7,526,925. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 76 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 7,182,474 a ₱ 5,428,242.5.
