The average price in the Pasay City region has had a slight decrease in recent months. There has been a deflation in the prices in this region.

In November the price was the same at ₱ 6,945,950. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from ₱ 6,838,023.5 to ₱ 7,526,925. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 76 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 7,182,474 a ₱ 5,428,242.5.
