The average price in the Pangasinan region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Pangasinan has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per m² was ₱ 20,504. The following month (October) the price had a considerable increase reaching ₱ 27,175 per m². In the following two months (November, December) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 136 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has increased 112 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 28,138.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 31,403.5 per m² for the last two months (January, February).
Based upon to the price in Pangasinan(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for September the average price is ₱ 5,831,388. During October it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 7,022,010 The average price for the following two months (November, December) increased from ₱ 6,426,699 to ₱ 7,382,105.5. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₱ 6,904,402 to ₱ 6,732,258.5 during January and February.
