The average price in the Pampanga region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Pampanga has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 25,971. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 26,449 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 263 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 202 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 47,595.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 96,083.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Pampanga(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. The average price in October is ₱ 3,059,703. In November the price increased to ₱ 3,361,152. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 145 % going from ₱ 3,210,427.5 to ₱ 4,649,713. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 146 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 3,930,070.25 a ₱ 5,754,687.5.

They are 32 % more affordable than the average price in Pampanga followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 6,285,062. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 97 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 1 bedroom priced at ₱ 7,144,540.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 3 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of ₱ 30,046 / m² being ₱ 107,473 / m² the average value within the Pampanga region. "Lot" with an average price of ₱ 214,739 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of ₱ 173,780 / m².
