The average price in the Nueva Ecija region has had a slight decrease in recent months. There has been a deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Nueva Ecija has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 88,172. The following month the price decreased to ₱ 82,187 per m². The following two months (December, January) there has been a deflation of 87 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has decreased 93 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 79,581.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 74,124 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Nueva Ecija(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. The average price in October is ₱ 7,824,839. In November the price increased to ₱ 8,397,041. The average price for the following two months (December, January) decreased 92 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 128 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 7,806,733.5 a ₱ 9,954,315.

They are 54 % more affordable than the average price in Nueva Ecija followed by those with 1 with an average price of ₱ 5,943,923. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 168,664 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "House" at a price of ₱ 54,789 / m².
