The average price in the Negros Oriental region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per m² in Negros Oriental has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 62,005. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 60,359 per m². The following two months (December, January) there has been a deflation of 86 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 115 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 56,770.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 65,299.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Negros Oriental(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₱ 8,345,588. During November the price had a slight deflation till ₱ 7,921,178. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from ₱ 8,133,383 to ₱ 9,240,339. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₱ 8,686,861 to ₱ 8,775,340 during February and March.
