The average price in the Negros Occidental region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Negros Occidental has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 58,616. The following month (December) the price had a considerable increase reaching ₱ 95,963 per m². In the following two months (January, February) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 170 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 136 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 104,419.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 142,358 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Negros Occidental (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. November has an average price of ₱ 5,600,391. During December the price had a slight deflation till ₱ 4,994,326. The average price for the following two months (January, February) decreased 86 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 119 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 4,916,174 a ₱ 5,857,239.5.
