The average price in the Naga City region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.

In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 160 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 133 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 58,650 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 77,953.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).

During November the price had a slight deflation till ₱ 3,951,415. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₱ 4,057,350.5 to ₱ 4,049,839.5. During the last two months the price has risen 108 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 4,053,595 a ₱ 4,364,379.5 in February and March.
