The average price in the Misamis Oriental region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.

This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 56,496.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 95,904 per m² for the last two months (January, February).

During October the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 6,987,898. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₱ 7,857,299 to ₱ 8,110,852. During the last two months the price has risen 113 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 7,984,075.5 a ₱ 9,045,906 in January and February.
