The average price in the Laguna region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Laguna has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per m² was ₱ 45,408. The following month (October) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₱ 36,650 per m². In the following two months (November, December) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 122 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 172 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 45,644.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 78,305.5 per m² for the last two months (January, February).
Based upon to the price in Laguna(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. September has an average price of ₱ 4,782,484. During October the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 3,561,469. In the following two months the average price has decreased 83 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has risen 108 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 3,813,236.25 a ₱ 4,134,471.5 in January and February.

They are 33 % more affordable than the average price in Laguna followed by those with 1 with an average price of ₱ 4,150,163. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 255 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 7,500,450.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of ₱ 53,485 / m² being ₱ 87,525 / m² the average value within the Laguna region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 68 % more costly than the average followed by those with 4 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 73,174 / m².

"Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 151,719 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Apartment" at a price of ₱ 68,757 / m².
