The average price in the Davao Del Sur region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Davao Del Sur has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 84,362. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 84,438 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 126 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 119 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 95,467 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 113,649 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Davao Del Sur(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. The average price in October is ₱ 5,864,093. In November the price increased to ₱ 6,205,968. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 122 % going from ₱ 6,035,030.5 to ₱ 7,361,101.5. During the last two months the price has reduced 92 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 6,698,066 a ₱ 6,145,744 in February and March.
