The average price in the Cebu region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.

The price per m² in Cebu has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 87,075. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 88,449 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 135 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has increased 105 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 103,122.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 108,714 per m² for the last two months (February, March).

Based upon to the price in Cebu (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. The average price in October is ₱ 6,954,828. In November the price increased to ₱ 7,338,943. In the following two months the average price has decreased 81 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has reduced 91 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 6,463,369.5 a ₱ 5,862,815.5 in February and March.

Average price per bedrooms
