The average price in the Cavite region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per m² in Cavite has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per m² was ₱ 29,229. The following month (October) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₱ 24,626 per m². The following two months (November, December) went through an increase of 109 % in the price per m² rising from ₱ 26,927.5 to ₱ 29,298 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 118 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 28,112.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 33,170.5 per m² for the last two months (January, February).
Based upon to the price in Cavite(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. September has an average price of ₱ 2,556,163. During October the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 1,995,553. The average price for the following two months (November, December) increased from ₱ 2,275,858 to ₱ 2,573,652. During the last two months the price has risen 108 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 2,424,755 a ₱ 2,610,437.5 in January and February.

They are 62 % more expensive than the average price in Cavite followed by those properties with 2 with an average price of ₱ 5,786,351. The most costly properties have 1 bedroom. They are 167 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 4 bedrooms priced at ₱ 6,905,395.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the dearest ones with a price of ₱ 43,729 / m² being ₱ 32,007 / m² the average value within the Cavite region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 521 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 109,114 / m².
The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Apartment" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of ₱ 2,597,002 it is 28 % more affordable than the average in Cavite. This is followed by "Lot" with a price of ₱ 2,047,127. The dearest property type is "Condominium" and is 66 % more expensive than the average, followed by "Townhouse" with a cost of ₱ 3,438,674.
Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Lot with a an average cost of ₱ 7,802 / m², followed by "House" with a price of ₱ 25,012 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 123,708 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Townhouse" at a price of ₱ 45,223 / m².
