The average price in the Camarines Sur region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Camarines Sur has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 40,400. The following month (November) the price increased to ₱ 44,897 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 206 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 158 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 65,269 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 103,442 per m² for the last two months (February, March).

During November it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 5,738,636 In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₱ 5,106,009.5 to ₱ 4,862,425. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 118 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 4,984,217 a ₱ 5,870,918.5.
