The average price in the Cagayan De Oro region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Cagayan De Oro has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 65,987. The following month the price decreased to ₱ 57,923 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable deflation of 80 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant decrease of 68 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 55,819 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 37,847 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Cagayan De Oro(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 5,952,480. In November the price was the same at ₱ 5,894,323. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from ₱ 5,923,401.5 to ₱ 6,610,594. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 80 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 6,266,998 a ₱ 4,991,873.

They are 28 % more affordable than the average price in Cagayan De Oro followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 3,017,225. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 117 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 4,833,393.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 2 bedrooms are the dearest ones with a price of ₱ 44,094 / m² being ₱ 27,502 / m² the average value within the Cagayan De Oro region.
