The average price in the Cagayan region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Cagayan has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 48,068. The following month (November) the price had a considerable increase reaching ₱ 58,513 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 157 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 127 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 68,596.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 87,190.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Cagayan (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. The average price in October is ₱ 7,036,396. In November the price increased to ₱ 7,482,268. In the following two months the average price has decreased 74 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has risen 109 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 6,309,493.5 a ₱ 6,887,282 in February and March.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 4 bedrooms are the cheapest ones. They are 71 % more affordable than the average price in Cagayan followed by those with 1 with an average price of ₱ 3,607,667. The cheapest properties have 3 bedrooms. They are 19 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 2 bedrooms priced at ₱ 4,593,833.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of ₱ 28,058 / m² being ₱ 89,215 / m² the average value within the Cagayan region.
