The average price in the Benguet region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Benguet has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 58,044. The following month (November) the price increased to ₱ 66,416 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 317 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 218 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 129,751.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 282,439.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Benguet(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. The average price in October is ₱ 10,147,047. In November the price increased to ₱ 11,611,631. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from ₱ 10,879,339 to ₱ 11,730,710. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 122 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 11,305,024 a ₱ 13,746,706.

They are 18 % more affordable than the average price in Benguet followed by those with 4 with an average price of ₱ 14,000,000. The most costly properties have 2 bedrooms.
