The average price in the Batangas City region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Batangas City has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 23,678. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 22,567 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable deflation of 76 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 1039 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 20,395.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 211,983.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).

In November the price was the same at ₱ 3,382,842. The average price for the following two months (December, January) decreased 92 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 1682 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 3,193,063.5 a ₱ 53,697,976.
