The average price in the Bacolod City region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Bacolod City has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per m² was ₱ 68,761. In October the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 69,313 per m². The following two months (November, December) there has been a deflation of 87 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant decrease of 61 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 64,641.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 39,423 per m² for the last two months (January, February).
Based upon to the price in Bacolod City (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample September the average price is ₱ 4,682,413. In October the price was the same at ₱ 4,529,249. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₱ 4,605,831 to ₱ 4,485,134. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₱ 4,545,482.5 to ₱ 4,370,890 during January and February.

They are 31 % more affordable than the average price in Bacolod City followed by those with 3 with an average price of ₱ 5,761,138. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms.
