The average price in the Albay region has had a slight decrease in recent months. There has been a deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Albay has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 144,163. The following month (November) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₱ 117,472 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable deflation of 60 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 162 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 104,894.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 170,204.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Albay(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₱ 8,621,849. During November the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 7,008,227. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 758 % going from ₱ 7,815,038 to ₱ 59,265,952. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 209 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 33,540,496 a ₱ 70,203,304.

They are 98 % more affordable than the average price in Albay followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 5,665,832. The cheapest properties have 1 bedroom.
