The average price in the Aklan region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per m² in Aklan has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 152,681. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 151,922 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 116 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has decreased 86 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 164,244.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 141,162.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Aklan(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 7,607,848. In November the price was the same at ₱ 7,881,544. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 183 % going from ₱ 7,744,696 to ₱ 14,158,962. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 123 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 10,951,829 a ₱ 13,436,762.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones. They are 36 % more affordable than the average price in Aklan followed by those with 4 with an average price of ₱ 14,761,539. The most costly properties have 3 bedrooms. They are 62 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 2 bedrooms priced at ₱ 18,951,312.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of ₱ 58,680 / m² being ₱ 127,546 / m² the average value within the Aklan region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 40 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 177,055 / m².

With an average cost of ₱ 12,581,831 it is 20 % more affordable than the average in Aklan. This is followed by "Lot" with a price of ₱ 10,944,124. The dearest property type is "Commercial Lot" and is 1288 % more expensive than the average, followed by "Hotel" with a cost of ₱ 81,440,749.
Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Lot with a an average cost of ₱ 46,826 / m², followed by "House" with a price of ₱ 57,909 / m². "Hotel" with an average price of ₱ 5,244,686 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of ₱ 198,723 / m².
