The prices in real estate in Taytay, in the Rizal region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Taytay has remained the same in the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 85,008. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 93,263. The price for the following two months in (November, December) decreased 92 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has decreased 94 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 85,470.25 to ₱ 80,394 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Taytay (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during September, is ₱ 8,535,015. During October the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 10,876,616. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable increase of 127 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 109 % during the last two months.
