The price per m² in Tanza has fallen in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 50,959. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 49,845 per m². The price for the following two months in (December, January) decreased 91 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 81 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 48,050.75 to ₱ 39,015 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Tanza (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is ₱ 3,180,998. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 4,206,617. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 3,693,807.5 to ₱ 3,635,699. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 3,664,753.25 to ₱ 2,655,034, which means a 72 % fall.
