The prices in real estate in San Pedro, in the Laguna region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in San Pedro has fallen in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 50,443. In the following month the price per m² decreased considerably to ₱ 41,134. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 45,788.5 to ₱ 46,783.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 112 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 46,286 to ₱ 51,873.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in San Pedro (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for October is ₱ 7,323,041. During November the price had a slight fall till ₱ 6,821,530. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 138 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 8,413,022 and ₱ 8,477,742 between February and March.
