The prices in real estate in Oton, in the Iloilo region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Oton has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 48,890. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 50,927 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 105 %, going from ₱ 49,908.5 to ₱ 52,544 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 120 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 51,226.25 to ₱ 61,433 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Oton (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The price in October is ₱ 6,505,216, rising in November till ₱ 7,206,273. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable reduction of 67 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 88 %, going from ₱ 5,718,866 to ₱ 5,008,427.5 in February and March.
