The prices in real estate in Muntinlupa City, in the Rizal region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Muntinlupa City has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 98,460. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 123,768. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 111 %, going from ₱ 111,114 to ₱ 123,540.5 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 67 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 117,327.25 to ₱ 78,223 during January, and February.
