The prices in real estate in Liloan, in the Bohol region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Liloan has fallen in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 68,802. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 69,867 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 69,334.5 to ₱ 67,070.5 per m². The price per m² has decreased 87 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 68,202.5 to ₱ 59,662.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Liloan (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is ₱ 10,613,676. In November This price remains at ₱ 11,139,830. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable reduction of 83 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 85 %, going from ₱ 9,934,590 to ₱ 8,445,746 in February and March.
