The prices in real estate in Imus, in the Cavite region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Imus has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 51,136. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 61,404. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 56,270 to ₱ 57,271.5 per m². The price per m² has decreased 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 56,770.75 to ₱ 53,021 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Imus (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during September, is ₱ 6,335,407. During October the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 7,554,698. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 6,945,052.5 to ₱ 6,644,350. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 6,794,701 to ₱ 4,140,563, which means a 61 % fall.
