The prices in real estate in Cainta, in the Rizal region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Cainta has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 90,383. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 82,712. The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable increment of 117 %. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 132 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 93,742.5 to ₱ 124,019 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Cainta (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for September is ₱ 5,177,410. During October the price had a slight fall till ₱ 4,732,172. During the following two months (November, December) the average price fell 87 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 4,623,235 to ₱ 3,837,885, which means a 83 % fall.
