The average rent price in the Zambales region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Zambales has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 214. The following month (November) the price had a considerable rise reaching ₱ 313 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 183 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has risen 108 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 373.33 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 404.65 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Zambales(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is ₱ 10,089. During November it went through a strong rise reaching ₱ 64,928 The average price for the following two months (December, January) fell 90 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 70 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 35,641 a ₱ 25,107.
The graph displaying the the average rent price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 3 bedrooms are the most affordable ones. They are 59 % cheaper than the average price in Zambales followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 59,847. The most expensive properties have 1 bedroom. They are 343 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 2 bedrooms priced at ₱ 59,847.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 3 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 44 / m² being ₱ 375.17 / m² the average for Zambales. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 270 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 466 / m².

This is followed by "Condominium" with a cost of ₱ 37,289. The most expensive property type is "House" and is 132 % more costly than the average, followed by "Commercial Lot" with a cost of ₱ 37,859.
Based upon the average cost per m² the most affordable property type is "Lot with a an average price of ₱ 39 / m², followed by "Condominium" with a price of ₱ 453 / m². "House" with an average price of ₱ 493 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "Commercial Lot" at a price of ₱ 468 / m².
