The average rent price in the San Pablo City region has had a strong fall in recent months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in San Pablo City has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 260. The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable fall of 84 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant rise of 133 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 187.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 248.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in San Pablo City(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₱ 331,667. During Novemberthe price had a strong fall till ₱ 21,478. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from ₱ 176,572.5 to ₱ 177,458.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 163 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 177,015.5 a ₱ 288,669.
