The price per m² in Quezon City has barely changed in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 568.56. In November the price barely changed remaining at ₱ 568.02 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a fall of 90 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has risen 110 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 538.54 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 591.07 per m² for the last two months (February, March).

When referring to the price in Quezon City(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average rent price in October is ₱ 31,518. In November the price rose to ₱ 33,657. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 132 % going from ₱ 32,587.5 to ₱ 42,949. During the last two months the price has gone down 92 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 37,768.25 a ₱ 34,715 in February y March.

Average price per bedrooms
