The average rent price in the Quezon City region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per m² in Quezon City has barely changed in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 568.56. In November the price barely changed remaining at ₱ 568.02 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a fall of 90 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has risen 110 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 538.54 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 591.07 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Quezon City(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average rent price in October is ₱ 31,518. In November the price rose to ₱ 33,657. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 132 % going from ₱ 32,587.5 to ₱ 42,949. During the last two months the price has gone down 92 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 37,768.25 a ₱ 34,715 in February y March.

They are 41 % cheaper than the average price in Quezon City followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 34,125. The most expensive properties have 3 bedrooms. They are 42 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 4 bedrooms priced at ₱ 45,733.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 380 / m² being ₱ 561.86 / m² the average for Quezon City. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 16 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 589.03 / m².

With an average cost of ₱ 38,429 it is 62 % cheaper than the average in Quezon City. This is followed by "Condominium" with a cost of ₱ 16,715. The most expensive property type is "Commercial Lot" and is 48 % more costly than the average, followed by "Townhouse" with a cost of ₱ 53,514.
Based upon the average cost per m² the most affordable property type is "Lot with a an average price of ₱ 316 / m², followed by "Townhouse" with a price of ₱ 361 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 444 / m² is the most affordable type of property followed by "Commercial Lot" at a price of ₱ 399 / m².
