Property prices for rent in Quezon region

The average rent price in the Quezon region has had a strong fall in recent months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this region.

The price per m² in Quezon has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 1,057.84. In November the price barely changed remaining at ₱ 1,072.04 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable fall of 74 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant fall of 84 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 927.08 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 778.52 per m² for the last two months (February, March).

Average price

When referring to the price in Quezon(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is ₱ 167,937. During November it went through a strong rise reaching ₱ 194,887 In the following two months the average price has fallen 67 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 49 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 151,037.25 a ₱ 74,214.

Average price per bedrooms

The graph displaying the the average rent price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the most affordable ones. They are 46 % cheaper than the average price in Quezon followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 96,403. The most expensive properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 275 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 195,342.

Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 740 / m² being ₱ 778.52 / m² the average for Quezon. The properties with the highest average price are those with 3 bedrooms. These are 37 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 1,006 / m².

Price per property type

The graph displaying the average rent price according to the property type shows "Office" as the most affordable one. With an average cost of ₱ 74,214 it is 68 % cheaper than the average in Quezon. This is followed by "Townhouse" with a cost of ₱ 24,100. The most expensive property type is "House" and is 546 % more costly than the average, followed by "Lot" with a cost of ₱ 358,118.

Based upon the average cost per m² the most affordable property type is "Apartment with a an average price of ₱ 391 / m², followed by "Office" with a price of ₱ 612 / m². "House" with an average price of ₱ 1,278 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "Lot" at a price of ₱ 1,122 / m².
