The average rent price in the Pampanga region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Pampanga has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 393.35. The following month the price fell to ₱ 362.92 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 131 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has risen 112 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 436.44 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 489.2 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Pampanga(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₱ 83,221. During Novemberthe price had a slight fall till ₱ 72,659. In the following two months the average price has fallen 72 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has gone down 87 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 66,908.75 a ₱ 58,166 in February y March.

Based on the average price per m² those properties with 3 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 348.89 / m² being ₱ 452.36 / m² the average for Pampanga. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 66 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 484.91 / m².
