The average rent price in the Palawan region has had a strong fall in recent months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Palawan has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 208.62. In November the price barely changed remaining at ₱ 208.62 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable fall of 66 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant fall of 26 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 173.2 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 44.39 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Palawan(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 55,444. In November the price remains at ₱ 55,444. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 122 % going from ₱ 55,444 to ₱ 67,791.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 127 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 61,617.75 a ₱ 78,268.5.
The graph displaying the the average rent price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the most affordable ones. They are 87 % cheaper than the average price in Palawan followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 23,818. The most affordable properties have 3 bedrooms. They are 37 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 4 bedrooms priced at ₱ 38,532.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most expensive ones with a price of ₱ 145 / m² being ₱ 35.78 / m² the average for Palawan. The properties with the highest average price are those with 2 bedrooms. These are 744 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 1 bedroom with a price of ₱ 269 / m².

With an average cost of ₱ 69,250 it is 45 % cheaper than the average in Palawan. This is followed by "Lot" with a cost of ₱ 38,142. The most affordable property type is "Lot" and is 45 % cheaper than the average, followed by "Commercial Lot" with a cost of ₱ 37,948.
Based upon the average cost per m² the most expensive property type is "Commercial Lot with a an average price of ₱ 130 / m², followed by "Lot" with a price of ₱ 135 / m². "Lot" with an average price of ₱ 135 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "Commercial Lot" at a price of ₱ 130 / m².
