The average rent price in the Naga City region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Naga City has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 136. The following month (November) the price had a considerable rise reaching ₱ 559 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 152 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant fall of 31 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 437 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 135 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Naga City(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is ₱ 42,121. During November it went through a strong rise reaching ₱ 55,984 The average price for the following two months (December, January) rose from ₱ 49,052.5 to ₱ 51,931.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 83 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 50,492 a ₱ 42,078.

They are 8 % cheaper than the average price in Naga City followed by those with 3 with an average price of ₱ 39,076. The most affordable properties have 1 bedroom.
