The average rent price in the Misamis Oriental region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Misamis Oriental has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per m² was ₱ 516.09. In October the price barely changed remaining at ₱ 516.09 per m². The price per m² for the following two months barely changed going from ₱ 516.09 to ₱ 537.83 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant rise of 144 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 526.96 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 756.94 per m² for the last two months (January, February).
When referring to the price in Misamis Oriental(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample September the average price is ₱ 25,800. In October the price remains at ₱ 25,800. The price in the following months (November, December) had a strong rise of 138 % going from ₱ 25,800 to ₱ 35,650. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 147 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 30,725 a ₱ 45,233.5.
