The average rent price in the Iloilo region has had a slight fall in recent months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Iloilo has fallen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 586.01. In November the price barely changed remaining at ₱ 606.33 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable fall of 81 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has fallen 91 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 539.08 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 488.77 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Iloilo (region), this has fallen in the last 6 months. The average rent price in October is ₱ 30,461. In November the price rose to ₱ 34,070. In the following two months the average price has fallen 80 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has gone down 93 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 29,095.5 a ₱ 26,989.5 in February y March.
