The average rent price in the General Santos City region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in General Santos City has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 210. The following month (November) the price rose to ₱ 226 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a rise of 113 % in the rent price per m² rising from ₱ 218 to ₱ 245.5 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant rise of 122 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 231.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 283 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in General Santos City(region), this has risen in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₱ 29,890. During Novemberthe price had a strong fall till ₱ 24,850. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 139 % going from ₱ 27,370 to ₱ 38,127. During the last two months the price has gone down 94 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 32,748.5 a ₱ 30,847.5 in February y March.
